BEN HERRING
Ben brings a huge amount of rugby experience from both on and off the field.
​
As a player Ben played for Southland and Wellington in the New Zealand NPC as well as the Highlanders and Hurricanes in the super 12 competition. Ben also travelled to the UK and played for Leicester Tigers.
​
After a long playing career Ben started coaching and has coached Leicester Tigers, NEC Green Rockets, Canadian National team, Highlanders, Sunwolves and Otago.
​
With being on both sides of the ledger Ben brings a great amount of experience and really enjoys growing the induviduals to create better overall environment. With his creative fleer Ben has had continued success on the field and across the whole organisation.
Paul brings an array of past experiences from schools in New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the UK.
Combined with experience in High Performance Sport and National age grade selector for New Zealand Rugby he understands the importance of building relationships, culture and trust within sporting environments.
With working in these environments Paul has learnt and implemented strong alignment and structural strategies to run successful programs, systems and teams.
